I've copied Randy on this email.  He may be willing to take your dues for next year at this time. The officers of the Division may have established credit card or other payment method, so I will defer to Janice, the 2nd Vice President.  Up until now, only those present at the convention have been able to vote; but again, I'll defer to Janice.  Good questions, Scott!  Wish you were coming. Cathy
