Hi Chris.
They all have their issues, but some are worse than others. I do not
have first hand knowledge of what the issues with the apps are, but
you can control quite a number of things through Apple's built-in
functions. If you have the n7, you should be able to control some of
the functions from your iPhone... Android still needs some work. I've
provided a couple of resources in case you want/could benefit from
them for use with an iPhone. While the subject concerns MFi hearing
aids, it's my understanding that the CI experience is very similar.
