[NFB-DB] NFB National 2019 convention

[NFB Deaf-Blind Division Webmaster]

It is the same rough draft they have given us every year, which is posted in
the Braille Monitor. This rough sketch agenda can also be viewed at
www.nfb.org/convention <http://www.nfb.org/convention> .

Since the business meeting for the division always fall on the same day as
the NFB Board of Directors meeting, then the division business meeting will
most likely be on July 9.

Outside of that, I am deferring to division president Alice Eaddy for
comments, in addition to the staff at the Jernigan Institute.
