[NFB-DB] PayPal button issue resolved for paying membership dues

[NFB Deaf-Blind Division Webmaster]

Greetings to all,

I have resolved the issue in regards to the PayPal checkout page defaulting
to Spanish. It was a minor coding error at my end. The issue has been
corrected. Going forward when you click or press ENTER on the PayPal button
to pay your membership form, it will default to English.
