[NFB-DB] Online membership form temporarily offline

Hi Brian.
As an alternative method, is there a Paypal address I can send payment to directly, and then maybe a text form to fill out? Just a thought. Thank you for stepping up to the plate and taking the website on, I understand it can be quite a challenge at times.
