[NFB-DB] following up regarding captions

Greetings to all,

The last I heard, they haven't decided on a platform yet for streaming the
convention. There are a lot of variables they haven't locked down yet for
holding a virtual national convention. We will probably learn more once the
convention gets closer. I advise periodically checking
www.nfb.org/get-involved/national-convention for any updates in regards to
national convention along with subscribing to the NFB Conventions listserv
on NFBNet. John Bergren is subscribed to that listserv and he might have the
answers you are looking for, or he might tell you what I have already
stated.

Sincerely,

Brian A. Mackey

Thank you for the replies, Lisa and Marsha! This couraging news! Do we know
whether they plan to use Zoom for the convention, or just stream the audio
online? Both have advantages and disadvantages.

Thank you again,
Scott
