Hey guys, I should have put this on this list earlier, but tonight at 8 pm
I will be talking about my experiences obtaining and using a
cochlear implant. Please feel free to come and ask questions, or if you
can't make it feel free to respond here and I will answer any questions you
have. I have pasted instructions below on how to join the meeting. You can
also read down to see the other events the NFB of PA is hosting. Thanks NFB
of PA for the opportunity to hold this event.

Here is how you can participate in these events. No registration is
necessary, and everyone is invited to join. Simply use one of the following
methods to connect with us on the Zoom platform:

1. From within the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your iPhone or Android,
just hit the “Join” button on the “Meet and Chat” tab and then enter our
meeting ID: 215 988 0888.

2. Click the following link, which will open the meeting using the app or
your web browser:

3. On a mobile phone, click either of the  following "One Tap" links, based
on which one is nearest to your location:

Apps, Apps, Apps with Marsha – Thursday, May 14, from 6:30PM to 8PM EDT.

If you have an iPhone but would like to know more about specific apps, how
to get them, how to download them, what they are for, and how to use them;
This presentation is for you. Marsha will present on one app at a time. If

Cochlear Implants Discussion with Chris – Thursday, May 14, from 8PM to
9PM, EDT.

Are you struggling with your hearing using traditional hearing aids? Have
you been told to consider a cochlear implant but are scared of what the
implications might be? Would you like to become more informed about one
option for hearing impaired individuals? If you answered yes to any of
these questions, come join me this Thursday at 8 pm. I have had cochlear
implant surgery and have lived to tell the tale!! I will discuss my
experiences and answer questions.
