[NFB-DB] Fwd: [NFBP-Talk] Zoom Events Today

Chris,
I'm not starting a war. I simply asked a question and then made a statement. I find it problematic that an organization who claims they support equality for folks who are blind and deafblind leaves out deafblind people who can't hear well enough. It happens across the federation in many ways, large and small. If we do not point these failures out and talk about them, how can we ever improve.
We either believe in equality, or we don't. I am aware of the other ways you mentioned to access this information, but we don't accept that as good enough, thats why we advocate for accessible voting, and reading and testing materials in education systems. Because we deserve equal access to the same information as everyone else.
That is my only point.
