Hi Scott and All,

I have not spoken with this lady directly, so currently don’t know the answer to that question. I know her response to our state President says that Zoom is simple to use. Which makes it sound like it will be through Zoom. But I will find out for sure and let everyone know when I do. Thanks for your question, and interest.

Warmly,

Doula

Hello Doula and thank you for keeping us in the loop!

Do you know if these captions will be provided via Zoom, or will they be delivered via CART?

Thank you for any clarifcation,

Scott

Greetings All,

President LaBarre just introduced the point person for our closed captioning. At this point, we have closed captioning for the Deafblind meeting on Monday, as well as general sessions, the costume fun Friday night, and banquet. Please let me know if any of the other division meetings, or breakout sessions if people will need close captioning for those. The other two division meetings I’m aware of are Merchants on Saturday, and Sports and Rec Wednesday evening. On Tuesday evening, there is a Mountain at 5 meeting to cover information for Convention, let me know if closed captioning is needed for that as well. I think that covers it for now, hope everyone has a fantastic Convention. If you run into any problems, please feel free to get in touch with me. Looking forward to hopefully seeing all of you at Monday night’s meeting.

Warmly,

Doula Jarboe, President Colorado Association of the Blind, hard of hearing and Deafblind
