[NFB-DB] Zoom Question

The NFB of Minnesota is planning our fall convention, virtual of 
course. We will be using Zoom.

The question came up with our Technology Committee as to whether or 
not deaf-blind people could follow the Zoom-provided captions and 
transcripts, or if you would prefer CART services which you would 
display/read in a separate window.
Hope I am describing all that correctly...
