good evening Mr. Andrews, personally I'd don't think you
can go wrong in either direction. But you might do is ask of you of the
deaf blind people in your state which they personally prefer. Because as
we say about blindness were all different. I know people that like the
captioning and can use it I would personally prefer the second method
you mentioned in your email but that is me and that's my own personal
preference. I hope this bit of advice helps? I am sure that other people
will chime in, including some of my colleagues on the national debt
blind board. But that's my personal take on your email hope it all works
out?
