[NFB-DB] Zoom Question

Hi David and thanks for reaching out!
I concur with both Tai and Rox. CART is more useable by most braille readers, and I personally prefer it over Zoom captioning for the reasons already mentioned. Though I can keep up with the captions, like Rox can, it's far from a leisurely undertaking. The platform I've seen used before is called 131papp, I will have to look up the spelling. It's my understanding that captioners can use this platform and that it is not service provider dependent, though I still need to investigate this further.
I personally, thank you both for caring enough to put this access together for your state convention, and also for asking DeafBlind users for their perspective.

Best,
Scott
