I'm trying out a new pair of hearing-aids that can Bluetooth pair directly with other devices. They work fine with my Android phone, but the performance with my Dell Inspiron laptop is way unacceptable. A pairing should work or not work, no? Does anyone here have a helpful tip? Thanks
