Greetings All,
Tomorrow I will be going back to the office for the first time in almost
1-1/2 years, and I am a little nervous about being able to reprogram my
brain for that 5:00 wake up t. While I have been working from home, the
early morning crunch has been somewhat more leisurely.
Anyway, I am wondering if someone might have any recommendations for an
alarm clock which would vibrate, or emit a sound that might awaken someone
with little unassisted hearing levels from a sound sleep?
My hearing loss is such that, most sounds, once I have removed my hearing
aids and fallen asleep, would not wake me up. Without my devices, I can
discern someone voice if I am awake, but usually can't comprehend what they
are saying unless they come and speak directly into my ear.
I am totally blind, so an alarm with lights wouldn't work. Any suggestions
would be helpful.
Thanks,
Diane Gravesime af
