[NFB-DB] DeafBlind going to convention

The agenda is supposedly coming out later this week according to the June
2022 NFB Presidential Release.

Ok. Who do we contact in regards to listening devices? Such as FM system. Or
is that automatically going to be available during convention?  Finally, do
we have the agenda yet?
