[NFB-DB] DeafBlind going to convention

How much would they charge for an accessible document? Sigh. Thank you
for converting this Marsha! I hope they also have SSP's for those who
can't sign and use speech. Considering that the service was originally
designed for only signers, well, I hope they have improved since that
time. I'd be curious if they have. I mean this with no sarcasm at all.
