[NFB-DB] rechargeable hearing aids

I don’t think people who really depend on hearing aids, like DB folks or people with profound hearing loss are the greatest candidates for rechargeables. I hear this issue all the time from my work clients. They just aren’t quite there yet. They aren’t reliable enough. I know this doesn’t help you to say this. But I’m just putting it out there because audiologists often don’t understand well enough the pitfalls of rechargeables for DB folks, so advise them to get them when they are frought with problems. So we need to advocate for regular batteries.

My audiologist was actually terrified to give me rechargeable considering the amount of streaming audiobooks, conference calls and just using VoiceOver on my phone.
