[NFB-DB] Final reminder about the public board meettting on Oct 7

Final accommodations request reminder.

I amwriting this toask everyone to get their accommodation requests into me, I know later then September 20th 2023 at five p.m.Pacific time, or eight p.m.Eastern time if that's the best way for you to remember itmeaning in terms of the deadline. this is because remember our Constitution has the 15 day timeframe in terms of requesting accommodations for any meeting. the Constitution specifically talks about special meetings, but I think it is best to do it for all meetings.

I am of course always open to suggestions or possible agenda items to be added to the upcoming meeting in October. but but please bear in, that the meeting is only two hours longso our time is limited.
