[NFB-DB] Last call for accommodations request for our next meeting.

Hello everyone, being will remind everyone that all accommodations request
or our meeting on May 18th  at 6 PM Eastern time. Must be received by no
later than 5 PM Pacific tomorrow. This is to allow me to request
interpreters and if requested someone to caption our meeting on the 18th, in
a timely manner.

The second thing I would like to make sure that everyone is aware of, W
requests for volunteer special service support providers request, and people
wishing to volunteer their time at convention all must be in my email box by
the end of the month. This also includes of course preconvention
registration and reserving a place to sleep at convention.

Here is hoping all have an outstanding Thursday.
