HI Maurice.
As a paying member, I am asking for the transcript after the meeting ends,
as I am not able to attend. I'm asking if this is something that needs to be
requested on list in case others may have the same request.
Thanks,
Scott

Please read below?
If you wish either captioning, or interpretation at next Saturday's public
meeting? You need to write me with the following things addressed in your
email.
One the date that the meeting is taking place which of course since Saturday
the 18th. Two what kind of accommodation do you need written out. Three if
you're staying for the entire two hour meeting please say that in writing.
Four simply telling me you understand what the meeting policies is, and you
understand that policy. Five you need to somehow provide proof that you are
indeed a paid member of the division.
The email must be in my email box before 9 PM Pacific tomorrow or midnight
Eastern time tomorrow I will turn in request for accommodations Tuesday
morning bright and early. Likely to be just around 9 AM Eastern time on
Tuesday. Here's hoping that I am able to see most of you on that call next
Saturday evening period
