Hi Maurice.

I am able to read, but this request is for post-meeting. Is a request for this required?

Thanks for your time,

Scott

Good morning Mr. Hammond I have a partial request. In order for your request in any others to be accepted, I again emphatically implore everyone to follow what I said yesterday Point point in writing written out please.

One all request must state the date of the meeting. This of course is the 18th on January. Two all request must say what accommodation do you need. Do you need video sign? Or do you need captioning? It has to be written out. Three all request but say how long you're going to need the accommodation if it's for the entire meeting please spell that out in writing it needs to be clear. And for all request must clearly show and/or state that you are a member of the national Federation of the blind deaf blind division.

I know some people might think I'm being really an administrative grinch here. But the national office staff I've been instructed to follow what I've written above to the letter. That means it has to be written out for me to pass it along. If your primary language is sign then I would need to know that that way I can ask the powers that be for that particular situation for some of the above requirements to be waived due to linguistic differences. But if you are not a native sign user, please write it out in writing as I described above.

If you wish either captioning, or interpretation at next Saturday's public meeting? You need to write me with the following things addressed in your email.

One the date that the meeting is taking place which of course since Saturday the 18th. Two what kind of accommodation do you need written out. Three if you're staying for the entire two hour meeting please say that in writing. Four simply telling me you understand what the meeting policies is, and you understand that policy. Five you need to somehow provide proof that you are indeed a paid member of the division.

The email must be in my email box before 9 PM Pacific tomorrow or midnight Eastern time tomorrow I will turn in request for accommodations Tuesday morning bright and early. Likely to be just around 9 AM Eastern time on Tuesday. Here's hoping that I am able to see most of you on that call next Saturday evening period
