[Nfb-editors] help a new editor out, please

Mike might not be serious, but Minnesota does something a bit like that. 
Every year we have a contest for articles, with a panel of three judges 
picking the best for a $50 prize and another $50 awarded to one drawn from 
the rest.  Results vary from year to year as to number and quality, but some 
have been reprinted in the Braille Monitor.
