[Nfb-editors] help a new editor out, please

>From my experience, to get someone to write an article, you need to ask the 
person to do it, and give him or her a specific assigned topic.   Also, a 
deadline helps.   You can still expect one in ten to respond, and even then, 
you may need to do a bit of rewrite, so expect it.
