[Nfb-editors] Question- What staff is needed to produce anewsletter

Mike,

I for one appreciate Robert's exploration of the editorial process from
different angles.  If it were as simple as you proclaim, me thinks
Washington State would have a newsletter, hmmm?

You're making this way too complicated.  Methinks a little common sense
should answer the question for each chapter and affiliate.
