Dear Alumni and Friends,

Come and celebrate 25 years of the Colorado Center for the Blind. Have a
wonderful time seeing the Center, meeting all of your friends and catching
up with staff members. We have planned a weekend filled with adventure, fun
and nostalgia.

On Friday, September 13th festivities take place at the Center and on
Saturday, September 14th there are morning tour choices around Denver and
then a fantastic dinner and program in the evening. See below how to
purchase your Saturday night banquet ticket, how to make a hotel reservation
and learn about tours you can take around Denver Saturday morning.

Purchase your Saturday evening banquet ticket by September 6th:

Saturday evening, September 14th is a gala event at the Renaissance Denver
Hotel (see address below) complete with a delicious banquet, a program to
recognize alumni and dancing. To purchase your banquet ticket, please call
the Center at 303-778-1130 and ask for Robert or Carol (extensions 249 or
211). Tickets are $25 for alumni and $40 for other guests. The final day
to purchase the banquet ticket is September 6th.

Make your hotel reservations if needed:

Renaissance Denver Hotel: 1-800-468-3571

Group name: Colorado Center for the Blind Gala

Rate: $109/night. Jennifer Spears will help find roommates if you would
like. You can reach her at 303-778-1130 extension 244.

Hotel address: 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado, 80207
The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and downtown Denver.
Free shuttles are available from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel
into downtown Denver.

Saturday morning tour choices:

Several no cost tour options are planned for Saturday morning. Staff and
current students will be along for the fun. See attached tour ideas.
Transportation is provided only for the Coors Brewery tour, however, there
is limited space so reserve your spot soon!
