Hello Everyone

 

I wanted to send out this
quick note to remind everyone
of a few things.

1.  If you really want to make
sure you have a towel or matt
for tomorrow's Join the
Action, Lead the Movement
seminar you should bring it
with you. We will not be able
to check into our hotel rooms
until 4 so you will not be
able to grab a towel from your
room. We will try to get the
hotel to give us some towels
to have in the room but there
is no guarantee. You do not
have to have a towel or mat to
participate. 

2.  Since registration will
not have happened, we will not
have Braille agendas for
Thursday's activities. There
will be folks available to let
you know where activities are
happening, but if you want an
agenda make sure to have it
with you. Agendas will be
available Friday morning at
registration.

3.  If you are coming to the
Olympic Training Center tour
on Friday do not forget to
bring your $3. Also, as soon
as general sessions are
dismissed please head to the
lobby so that we can get
everyone to the OTC on time.

4.  You can dress in
comfortable clothes for all
Thursday activities. We
realize that people will be
coming to the Embrace Your
Place seminar straight from
the Join the Action, Lead the
Movement seminar so we realize
that everyone will be dressed
in comfy clothes.

5. You can wear your general
sessions clothes to the OTC
tour on Friday. We will not be
exercising or getting sweaty
so there is no need for
workout clothes on the tour.

 

We look forward to seeing
everyone at convention
tomorrow.
