Hello everyone,

Enclosed you will find information about complete spectrum. I talked to Cody about it, and he thought it would be a good idea to partner with them, and do a fundraiser event. Complete spectrum’s donation program works in the following way: We host an event where they come out and give a one hour presentation. For every person over the age of 25 who attends their presentation, complete spectrum will donate $20 to our organization. They will also help formulate the flyers for us. I have an appointment with them next Thursday, Sept 8,16 at 1:00 P.M. We will be discussing flyer details, and determining a date for the event. If anyone has any questions, or would like to come to the follow up appointment, please do. I told their representative Phil, that hosting the event sometime in November could be a possibility.

 

I look forward to hearing your opinions in regards to this matter. I apologize for not sending this information earlier on, but it’s been busy.

I am just following up from our discussions this morning regarding our donation program.  We did acquire approval from our board this afternoon so now we just need to obtain approval from your board.
