A Fraternal Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012 from
1:00pm to 3:30pm 
at STS Peter & Paul Church, 800 Kaheka Street, Honolulu, HI 96814. 

 

Reflections of Twila's life and refreshments will begin at 1:00pm. Memorial
Mass will follow at 
2:30pm. 

 

Twila served in the U.S. Navy from 1981 to 1996, she was a member of the
Hawaii Blind 
Veterans Group, National Federation of the Blind Veterans Division, National
Federation of the 
Blind of Hawaii and Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization. 

 

As Twila's lifelong passion was with dogs and advocacy for the blind, she
volunteered and 
served on the Board of Directors with Eye of the Pacific Guide Dogs
Foundation since 2006 
during which time she headed the Public Education Division and held several
executive officer 
positions. 

 

Donations may be made to Eye of the Pacific Guide Dogs Foundation in her
memory.
