Dear Sen. Brian Schots,
  My name is Brandon Young and I am a member of the National
Federation of the Blind of Hawaii.  I would ask that you co sponsor
this bill along with your other Hawaii colleagues.  This bill would
help to give needed technology to many blind people in Hawaii and
across the nation.  Again, I would hope that you would co sponsor this
