B. Clarifies that the City Auditor is being requested to conduct a performance 

audit. 

C. Adds a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause that request the City Auditor 

complete the performance audit no later than one calendar year after the 

adoption the resolution, in accordance with Charter Section 3-114.2.
