[Nfb-history] Russell Kletzing speeches

I believe Russell did not do a banquet speech because Jacobus did them in
the years of his presidency.  He did do the presidential reports and half of
one is there in the man and the movement for the listening.

None were produced as separate speeches. He did not give banquet speeches as
far as I know. If you purchase Man and the Movement, you can hear part of a
presidential report.
