 Hello Robert,
That sounds really interesting. The Braille was probably different than we see now in that Grade 2 Braille wan's pomulgated until 1932.
It could have been either New York Point or grade 1#astb.
It would be interesting to see what the messages said.
I think it is interesting that blind people were asked to write something to be put in a Time Capsule. I think that this is a great idea. Maybe we should encourage blind people to write messages for Time Capsures in our time.
