You're probably correct. I merely sought to point out that Grade 2,
more-or-less as we know it, was around at the turn of the twentieth century,
though perhaps not here.

Hi Mike,
I may be wrong but I thought there was some contension and that we didn't
adopt some of those rules in the US until 1932. This would be something to
look up for those of us who are curious.
