[Nfb-idaho] Fwd: Board Members Bureau

We have a small correction.   S 1074 was in the Senate last Friday for the 
first reading.  Today, we believe it got the second reading.  We believe it 
is up for the third reading and the vote tomorrow.  We will try to keep 
track of it, but clearly, sometimes that is a challenge.
