S 1074, the bill to create a Bureau for educational Services for the Deaf 
and Blind passed the Senate unanimously today.  Claudia, Secretary for the 
House Education Committee will let us know when it is scheduled for a 
hearing before the House Education Committee.  She guesses it will be some 
time next week.
