[Nfb-idaho] Accessible voting

Jeff, good to hear from you.  My machine worked great, but some here did 
not.  I think the person in charge of each location needs to check it out 
early in the morning.  Some do, and then they know what to expect.  Some 
don't, and then if there is trouble, nobody can make it work.  It is a good 
feeling when you can just walk in and vote like the rest of the population.
