[Nfb-idaho] Accessible voting

I am pleased to say that my voting experience yesterday was much
better than during the primary election. The automark machine was up,
functioning, and the staff actually knew what they were doing. I guess
my complaint was taken seriously. The poll workers didn't freakout
this time unlike back in May.
