    Ramona,  There are e-mail links on the webpage that has a combo box 
taking you to the different legislative districts, but the links do not work 
and even asks for Capcha's.  Dana clued me in which made it very simple. The 
first letter of the first name, then the last name @ either senate or house, 
depending on the legislator, then.idaho.gov that worked for all the others, 
except Senator Heider.  Larry
