[Nfb-idaho] We the people petition for internet access

Using the link sent out by President Riccobono, I finally was able to sign
this petition.  Therefore, I sent the link to a bunch of other people.
Please sign it and get your friends and associates to do as well.  We need
100,000 names by February 11, and we are now in the third thousand, so we
have a lot of work to do.
