[Nfb-idaho] request for a braille version of our Idaho potato cookbook

It is possible to do something called `copy protection` to a computer file,
so I know that a BRF file could be made so that people can't just make
copies.

However, I don't know if this would affect how the file is used by a
refreshable braille display or voiced by a screen reader. (I don't know
why it would produce any problems, but I also don't know how braille
displays or screen readers open and use a file.)

I'll do some homework and try to learn of any problems that might occur.
However, if anyone has used copy-protected files on their braille display
or screen reader, please let us know of your experience.

Best,

_don
