[Nfb-idaho] convention reminders regarding the hotel

Our cut-off date for reserving rooms at the NFB Idaho rate of $83.00 is
March 9. After that, the rate can't be guaranteed. Also, if you need a
sleeping room on 1st floor, please let the hotel know. All of our conference
rooms are on the 1st floor, but you need to let the hotel know if your
sleeping room needs to be on 1st floor. I have learned that we will all get
vouchers for breakfast, since they no longer have a breakfast buffet. That
works better, anyway. The agenda is being typed by Susan and it should be
ready to put on the web page soon.
