Don, You should consult with Anil Lewis or Mark Riccobono about this company. Both office at Jernigan Institute as I thinky ou know. First initial, last name.org. I am not sure why a state or federal government would want to subsidize a company from a foreign country to market products if that is what you are asking, but these two men will know about it if it is a possibility.

Apologies for the question:

Is there any state or federal procurement process through which a company can make products like refreshable braille displays available for below list-price?

This question comes from DOT Incorporation in South Korea ( https://dotincorp.com). They have just begun selling their braille smartwatch. I have been to their facility in South Korea and am beginning a research and consulting relationship with them.

Best,

_don
