You might be able to speak about this at the state convention. We're going to be doing a lot with technology, since we will be incorporating parents of blind children into our sessions on Saturday, and they want to hear about technology and apps for the smart phone for their blind kids.

“The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; Blindness is not what holds you back.”

It is a neat service! I have it set up on my phone and have been able to
assist others several times over the past year. The things I have done
have involved matching things like clothing colors and patterns, locating a
dropped item on the floor, and even hanging a picture.
