Harry will be greatly missed. It was such a pleasure to know him and to see
him working in our chapter. He was always so direct and very funny. I will
always appreciate his kindness and integrity. Jan. We love you, and we will
be thinking about you and praying for you and your family.

Harry died late last night at the VA hospital where he had been admitted
earlier this week. Many of us have known Harry for years, and I worked with
him when I came to ICBVI as an employee. He was one of the best sighted
blind guys I ever knew. He believed in the capabilities of blind people, and
in the power and mission of the National Federation of the Blind. He will be
greatly missed. Harry's sister and her husband are here. I will post to the
list when I have further information about funeral arrangements.
