[NFB-Idaho] announcing our national representative for the 2019 State Convention

Julie Deden will be our national representative this year. As many may know,
Julie is the director of the Colorado Center, which is one of our premiere
NFB centers. I know she will bring a lot of knowledge and energy to our
convention.
