HB138, exbidited eviction, failed the house yesterday in a close vote.
SB 1075 passed the senate, unanimously, this afternoon & will go to the House for committee assignment. If you have not yet spoken to you, or otherwise communicated with, your local house representatives about Idaho Senate Bill 1075 now is a good time to start :-)
