[NFB-Idaho] expression of issues

[Russell Smith]

I Russell Smith will be stepping down from the state board. I have thought                           about this matter, and have decided to do so. This is a matter of personal reasons. I have served on the board for the last twelve years or so. I need to step down so that I can deal with some pressing issues. I will be available, but feel that there are others that can serve to be on the board. Thus giving someone else to speak up and share their thoughts on where this organization should go. I will not be present at the board meeting.
