               Hello,

 

As the Chair of the Convention Planning Committee I want to remind you that
we need to be gathering door prizes and auction items for our upcoming
convention. I have attached a donation/sponsor letter for your convenience.
I suggest that door prizes be a minimum value of $10 and auction items be a
minimum value of $25. Some items may be grouped together to make a better
door prize or auction item.  

 

Please bring these items with you to the convention. If you have questions
about auction items you can contact Vickie or Larry Bateman at 208-709-1311.


 

The convention is April 16-18 in Idaho Falls at the Hilton Garden Inn. Room
rates are $94 per night for a king and $99 per night for 2 queens plus 13%
tax.    

 

Reservations can be made now.  They will ask for a credit card to hold the
reservation.
