[NFB-Idaho] 2020 state convention is postponed

I am thinking that those of us who already had reservations should each cancel separately. Maybe give a few days to let the hotel get its ducks in a row?
There are a lot of state conventions in the fall. September has far fewer than bate October and November if we care about that. It's nice for some to visit other states, but we have done relatively little of that lately. Just thought it was worth mentioning in case we have a choice of weekends.
