Hello Boise Athletes,

The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes will be hosting two events in
Boise next weekend on Saturday, Oct. 10 and Sunday, Oct. 11. We have limited
space available for Saturday's hike and Sunday's Fitness at the Track so
sign up today!

Upcoming Events in Boise:

-         Saturday, October 10 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

o   Hike on the Eagle Rock Loop Trail

*  Meeting by bus stop in front of Idaho State Archives

2205 Old Penitentiary Road

-         Sunday, October 11 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm

o   Fitness at the Track at Boise High School Track

*  1010 W. Washington St.

Boise, ID 83702

On Saturday, the Eagle Rock loop is a 2 mile loop trail with a bit of
elevation change. On Sunday, we'll be leading some aerobic and stretching
exercises at the track, right downtown Boise, next to the high school.
Prepare yourself for a fun and engaging workout! We can adapt all exercises
to meet the needs of the athletes who attend. There are more accurate
addresses and more details on the attached flyers.
